OVERVIEW

- We attempt to display product information accurately; however, colors/appearance may vary by device.
- Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing errors) and to cancel or refuse any order affected by an error.
SECTION 3 - Orders, Payment & Fraud Prevention
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
- We may request additional verification to prevent fraud and may cancel suspicious
transactions.
SECTION 4 - Shipping & Risk of Loss
- Delivery timelines are estimates only.
- To the extent permitted by law, title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
SECTION 5 - Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping/Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights where they apply.

- Products are provided for general consumer use only. If you have sensitivities or allergies, review ingredients and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Nadeen Alfahad is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Nadeen Alfahad. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Nadeen Alfahad, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Nadeen Alfahad.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

If these Terms are available in multiple languages, the English version will prevail in case of any conflict (unless prohibited by law).
